Every Monthly Performance Report in the library. Add new files, or remove ones that were uploaded in error. The dashboard reads from this library, so a change here changes what every user sees.

Admins can upload MPRs, manage the library, train intelligence, and change these settings without a password. Removing yourself, and removing the last remaining admin, are both blocked in the database.
